The Crafting Your Narrative: Storytelling Residency will help your group or team:
Improve their communication. Through our signature Tell Me A Story® framework, each participant will find their golden ratio of story and data, and feel comfortable blending both.
Deliver a message. Each participant will grow their trust in the power of their story and understand how to embed messages and calls to action within a narrative structure.

Each residency program is designed to meet the professional development needs, goals, timeline, and budget of your organization or company. However, we have found that committing to a one- to three-month Residency (depending on the size of your team) leads to the best results for each participant and your organization as a whole.

Hillary Rea is the founder of Tell Me A Story, a communication consulting and coaching business that works with people in the public eye who need to craft a new narrative, communicate it with impact, and become more confident as they become more visible. Hillary helps them to own their voice and then empowers them to use it — by sharing their unique stories with honesty and passion.
She is an award-winning storyteller (NYC Moth StorySLAM winner and 2019 Rad Award for Storyteller of the Year) and has been telling her own stories on stage for 14 years - first as a performer, then as the host of the long-running Tell Me A Story Live Show, and now as a keynote speaker and writer of the popular Speak Up Newsletter (now on Substack).
Additionally, Hillary is an audio documentarian. She produced and hosted three seasons of Rashomon - a long-form narrative storytelling podcast where one family tells every side of the same story and is currently in production on a brand new podcast called Five Word Life Story.
